Finding the right venue for your meeting or event

Before we can shortlist and recommend the suitable venue for your, here are some information we will need from you. 

- The meeting or event attendee group size.

- The meeting set up requirement. Classroom, theatre, boardroom or any special specifications that you might have?

- Any other specific equipments that your require other than the basic meeting facilities such as LCD projectors, screen, handheld / wireless microphones, PA system.

- Any additional breakot rooms requirement.

- Duration of meeting required. Half a day, full day or a few days.

Through our global partners, we will be able to source the suitable venue for you. We work closely with sales personal from various global hotel chain as well as local partners in most major cities. You choose the destination and leave the sourcing to us.

Hotel and transfer arrangements

For most smaller size meeting groups, usually accommodation is arranged at the same location as the meeting venue. For regional meetings where your have delegates coming in from different parts of the world, no worries. We can coordinate all their accommodation arrangement even at different hotel if required. Pre / post event accommodation can be booked as well.

Staggered transfers arrangement  from airport to hotel (or vice versa) can be arranged. Leave all the coordination work to us and ensure that your delegate and team arrive safely and timely at the venue for the meeting / event. Private car, van and coach, alll can be arranged.

catering, entertainment and any other specifications

Beside the standard tea breaks and meeting lunch, we can coordinate all other dining arrangements, From dining at various different outlets within the hotel, to dining at local specialty restaurants, themed dinners to unique dining experience, depending on the event location..
